Beaded Small Cat Pattern by Allegra

Step 26

Step 26:So this step completes the last one. Basically just cross the last orange bead that was added. Specifically, take the end of the fishing line depicted by a red arrow and string it through the orange bead labelled with green X. Those two beads labelled with black dots (one blue bead, one pink bead) will become important in the next step.

Step 27

Step 27:Now this step is very simple. Just take the end of the fishing line depicted by the black arrow and string it through the two beads marked by black dots (1 blue bead, then 1 pink bead). These beads are already in the pattern, so don't add any new beads yet! After that, add two new orange beads onto the same end of the fishing line. The first one is marked with a black dot, and the second one with a black X. The second bead is the one that will be crossed.

Step 28

Step 28:Now just cross the orange bead marked with a black X that you just added! Specifically, take the end of the fishing line depicted by a red arrow and string it through the the orange bead marked with a black X. You have just formed yet another circle of 5 beads. This one is the cat's chin! That orange bead marked with a blue dot will become important in the next step.

Step 29

Step 29:Now take the end of the fishing line depicted by the black arrow and string it through the orange bead marked with a blue dot. It's already in the pattern, so don't add a new bead! To the other end of the fishing line, add 1 yellow bead, followed by 2 orange beads. All three new beads to be added are labelled in pink. The last one is labelled with an X because it will be crossed in the next step. To remind you, the yellow bead is going to be part of the beaded cat's collar.

Step 30

Step 30:As prophecied in the previous step, cross the last orange bead that was added to the pattern! Specifically, take the end of the fishing line depicted by a black arrow and string it through the orange bead marked with a pink X. We are now working our way down to the cat's collar. The next steps will all be involved with finishing up the cat's collar, which will finish up the cat's entire head. Then we'll move onto the body!
